When you contact support, please include:

• The email address you use for TorqBook.
• Your device model and iOS version.
• The TorqBook app version (from Settings > About, if available).
• A brief description of what you were doing when the issue occurred.
• Any screenshots that help show the problem (optional).

We aim to respond to support emails within 2–3 business days. Response times may be longer during releases and holidays.

Feature Requests and Feedback

Have an idea that would make TorqBook better? Send your feedback or feature requests to support@torqbook.app with the subject line “Feature request”.

While we can’t promise every suggestion will be implemented, all feedback helps shape the future roadmap.

Data and Account Requests

To request a copy of your data, ask for your account to be deleted, or exercise other privacy rights, please email support@torqbook.app from the email address linked to your TorqBook account.
