TorqBook is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TorqBook is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via app settings or by contacting support.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia.
